Business Development Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Air Partner Group. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving business growth and development across our commercial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business growth strategies to drive revenue growth and expansion of our commercial operations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth.
- Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth.
- Provide market research and analysis to inform business growth strategies and identify new business opportunities.
- Develop and manage budgets and forecasts to drive business growth and expansion.
- Collaborate with our operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of commercial services and products.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of business growth and development in a commercial environment.
- Strong business development and sales skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex business data and develop effective solutions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
