Job Opportunity: Salesforce Business Analyst

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team at Focus Resourcing Limited. As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in documenting and understanding existing business processes, making improvements, and deploying Salesforce-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Documentation and Analysis: Understand, evaluate, analyze, and document business processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Business Needs Validation: Validate business needs, identify gaps between business needs and standard Salesforce functionality, and develop solutions to address these gaps.
  • Project Execution: Execute projects related to new Salesforce developments, including developing, documenting, and executing test plans to assess business processes, module functionality setups, and modifications.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and effective communication of project outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Technical Skills: Knowledge in using and deploying Sales Cloud and Service Cloud with its associated functionality.
  • Business Analyst Experience: 1-2 years of business analyst experience with 1+ years of experience in Salesforce technology.
  • Project Management Skills: Previous experience in project coordination and management, planning and scheduling, time management, and ability to handle multiple deadlines.
