Role Overview

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in upholding the standards of our facilities, ensuring a safe, clean, and inviting space for all stakeholders, including students, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain cleanliness and general upkeep of the educational buildings and surrounding areas.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and perform minor repairs as needed.
  • Oversee security measures, including the opening and closing of the premises.
  • Assist in the setup and dismantling of furniture and equipment for various school events and activities.
  • Manage waste disposal and recycling initiatives effectively.
  • Coordinate with external service providers for specialized maintenance and repairs.
  • Support traffic management during peak times for student drop-off and pick-up.
Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who possess:

  • Previous experience in a caretaking or facilities management capacity.
  • A proactive and adaptable approach, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • A commitment to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
