Job Title: Customer Services Advisor

We're seeking a skilled Customer Services Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through phone-based interactions and face-to-face support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with clients regarding their policies, providing expert advice and support.
  • Develop a wide-ranging knowledge of commercial motor insurance, supporting clients at various stages of the customer lifecycle.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve targets and support personal development.
