About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at Churchill Living Ltd. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in introducing customers to the world of independent living and providing them with expert advice on their purchase of our apartments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building strong relationships with customers to ensure a hassle-free and positive experience from enquiry to move-in day.
  • Proactively contacting customers who have shown interest in our developments and providing them with tailored advice on their purchase.
  • Working closely with our onsite teams, including Marketing, Customer Relations, and Construction, to achieve sales targets and budgeted selling prices.
  • Showing customers apartments and providing them with a comprehensive understanding of our developments, including floor plans, apartment designs, and interior offerings.

About You:

  • Previous new homes sales experience, preferably in the retirement market.
  • Excellent customer relationship skills and a determination to succeed.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic sales team.
  • Proactive approach to sales and marketing, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Professional and responsible selling skills, with a strong understanding of IT databases.
