Service Desk Operations Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Analyst to join our growing IT team at Greenfield I T Recruitment. As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for resolving end-user technical requests and carrying out the incident management process to ensure normal service operations with the aim of minimizing impact on business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to end-users, resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Carry out incident management processes to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
- Document and share knowledge to improve service delivery and reduce repeat incidents.
- Develop and maintain strong customer interaction skills to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends, including Office 365, Windows 10, and cloud technologies.
- Collaborate with the IT team to resolve complex technical issues and improve service delivery.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in desktop/technical support positions.
- Experience in documenting and knowledge sharing.
- Good customer interaction skills.
- Knowledge of Office 365, Windows 10, and cloud technologies.
- Desirable: knowledge of VMware and networking concepts.
