Role Overview: As a Customer Relations Specialist, you will represent a major UK bank, addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints through various communication channels. We take pride in delivering exceptional service, ensuring our customers feel valued and fairly treated.

Key Qualifications: Candidates should possess strong customer service experience, with a preference for those with complaint handling expertise in the Life and Pensions sector. Proficiency in PC skills and Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel) is essential, along with meticulous attention to detail.
