Client Relations Specialist

Our client, a prominent UK investment management firm, is seeking to enhance their digital channels team by adding a Client Relations Specialist on a fixed-term contract basis.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7 hours per day between 07:30 AM and 05:00 PM

Compensation: Competitive salary accompanied by exceptional benefits, including a 10% pension contribution, annual bonuses, and hybrid working options.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Addressing client inquiries across various communication channels, including phone, email, secure messaging, and live chat, while consistently delivering outstanding client service.
  • Ensuring prompt follow-up on incoming client communications as necessary.
  • Maintaining high standards of customer service at all times.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to facilitate issue resolution.
  • Engaging with various stakeholders to ensure effective communication.
  • Identifying and reporting feedback to aid in the enhancement of digital platforms and services.
  • Managing the escalation of complaints and expressions of dissatisfaction as needed.
  • Performing additional client service functions as they arise.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in customer service.
  • Ability to manage client inquiries, troubleshoot issues, make informed decisions, and take initiative to enhance service quality.
  • Strong work ethic with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Capability to prioritize effectively and provide thorough follow-up on client inquiries and administrative tasks.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, particularly in using client-friendly language.
  • Aptitude for working accurately under pressure and meeting deadlines.
  • A resourceful, adaptable, and conscientious approach to work, with a commitment to teamwork and a willingness to work additional hours when necessary.

Successful candidates will be required to undergo a criminal background check and a credit check.
