About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Experience and Events Assistant to join our team at Avocet Legal Careers & Avocet Commercial Careers. This dynamic role will play a crucial part in supporting our Client Delivery Manager and the wider Transformation & Client Delivery team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Feedback Management: Manage client and employee surveys, including setup, communications, and analysis to ensure high-quality feedback is collected and acted upon.
  • Event Coordination: Coordinate the delivery of internal and external events, including logistics, bookings, guest coordination, and venue setup to ensure seamless execution.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Produce monthly reports and identify areas for improvement to enhance client satisfaction and event management.
  • Client Communication: Monitor and respond to client feedback, including Google reviews, to ensure timely and effective communication.
  • Event Support: Provide on-site support during events, including meet and greet duties, to ensure a positive experience for clients and guests.
Requirements
  • A-Levels, NVQ or equivalent qualification (essential)
  • Office administration experience (desirable)
  • Understanding of Client Service theory (desirable)
  • General marketing experience, including copywriting and digital content creation (desirable)
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deliver both positive and constructive feedback
  • Strong multitasking abilities and deadline management
  • Keen interest in data management and analysis
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel (essential)
  • Ability to quickly understand complex information and take independent action
  • You will be resilient, adaptable, and have meticulous attention to detail
