Position Overview
We are seeking dedicated individuals to become part of our Butlin's family.


Our staff members create memorable experiences for our visitors, and we are currently in search of exceptional individuals to take on the role of an Internal Cleaning Associate.

No prior experience is required, as we will provide comprehensive training to equip you with the necessary skills.

Working alongside a supportive team, we will guide you every step of the way to help you build the confidence and expertise needed for this role.


In this position, you will be tasked with ensuring the cleanliness of various venues and restrooms throughout the resort, utilizing both electrical and mechanical cleaning tools as needed.

This role is physically demanding, requiring you to rearrange venue furniture, including large tables and chairs.
Candidate Profile
No experience is necessary to be part of our teams.

If you possess a friendly demeanor and enjoy engaging with others, we can teach you the essentials of working within our organization.

If you have any relevant experience, we would be eager to hear from you.

Being an effective team player is crucial, and you should thrive in a lively atmosphere.

Every day will present new challenges, so a willingness to embrace variety and interact with diverse individuals is essential.

This role requires evening and late-night shifts, as well as weekend availability, so adaptability is important.


The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication abilities, a proactive problem-solving mindset, and the confidence to work independently.
