Position Overview
We are seeking dedicated individuals to become part of our Butlin's family.


Our staff crafts memorable experiences for our visitors, and we are currently in search of exceptional team members to take on the role of an Internal Cleaning Operative.

No prior experience is required, as we will provide comprehensive training to equip you with the necessary skills.

Working alongside a supportive team, we will guide you throughout your journey to ensure you develop the confidence and abilities to fully engage in your responsibilities.


In this position, you will be tasked with upholding the cleanliness of various venues and restrooms throughout the resort, utilizing both electrical and mechanical cleaning tools as needed.

This role is physically demanding, requiring the rearrangement of venue furnishings, including substantial tables and chairs.
Candidate Profile
No experience is necessary to join our teams.

If you possess a friendly demeanor and enjoy engaging with others, we can teach you the essential aspects of working in our environment.

We also welcome applicants with previous experience.
