Position Overview
We are seeking dedicated individuals to become part of our Butlin's family.


Our staff members create memorable experiences for our visitors, and we are currently in search of exceptional individuals to fill the role of an Internal Cleaning Operative.

No prior experience is required, as we will provide comprehensive training.

Working alongside a supportive team, we will guide you throughout your journey to ensure you develop the skills and confidence necessary to excel in this position.


In this role, your primary responsibility will be to uphold the cleanliness of various venues and restrooms throughout the resort, utilizing both electrical and mechanical cleaning tools as needed.

This position is physically demanding, requiring the rearrangement of venue furnishings, including large tables and chairs.
Candidate Profile
No experience is necessary to be part of our teams.

If you possess a friendly demeanor and enjoy engaging with others, we can teach you the essential aspects of this role.

However, if you have relevant experience, we would be eager to hear from you.

Being an effective team player is crucial, and you should thrive in a lively environment.

Each day will present new challenges, so you should be open to trying different tasks and interacting with a variety of individuals.

This role requires availability during evenings, late nights, and weekends, making flexibility an important trait.


The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication abilities, a proactive problem-solving mindset, and the confidence to work independently.
