Job Description

About The Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Team Member to join our Resort Operations team at Butlin's. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for carrying out general repair and maintenance tasks across our main resort.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out routine maintenance tasks to ensure the resort's facilities are in good working order
  • Respond to and resolve maintenance issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to deliver an exceptional standard of work and service
  • Participate in additional training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge

About You

We are looking for a candidate with previous maintenance experience and a flexible approach to work. You should be confident in your ability to work on your own initiative and have a strong attention to detail.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a maintenance role
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
  • Valid driving license
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and bank holidays
