About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Internal Venue Cleaner. As a key member of our resort maintenance team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our venues and toilets across the resort.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of venues and toilets, including resetting furniture and using electrical and mechanical cleaning equipment as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with the resort maintenance team to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and organization is maintained across the resort.
  • Provide excellent customer service to our guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time to meet deadlines.

About You

We are looking for a team player who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization. If you have a warm and friendly manner, are able to work effectively in a team, and are willing to learn and develop your skills, we would love to hear from you.

Requirements:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
