Venue Manager

We're seeking a passionate leader to join our team at Butlin's as part of our Buffets Department.
As a Venue Manager, you'll play a vital role in helping our guests create unforgettable dining experiences. You'll be part of a dynamic team responsible for providing exceptional service and creating a fun and entertaining atmosphere for our guests.
This role will involve split shifts with our breakfast and evening dining times. You'll have the opportunity to develop and lead a team of professionals, nurturing and coaching them to deliver exceptional experiences to our guests.
You'll drive standards and lead the team to excellence, incorporating all brand standards and Butlin's way of working. Reporting to the Senior Manager, you'll enjoy the buzz of a busy environment and drive your team to maintain high levels of hygiene and cleanliness.
You'll have the ability to drive consistent brand standards while being guest-obsessed and operating efficiently in everything you do. The role will also involve analyzing KPIs and stock control systems to maximize gross profit margins and adhering to food safety and health & safety policies.
You should have a real passion for leading by example and inspiring others to deliver experiences that truly delight our guests. You should be an advocate for your team's fulfillment at work, ensuring regular 121s and PDP discussions to support their development and career with Butlin's.
As with all roles at Butlin's, no day will be the same, and you'll need to enjoy thinking on your feet, getting stuck in, and ensuring that our guest experience is always your number one priority.
About YouWe're looking for an individual with prior experience in hospitality, such as a busy restaurant, bar, or retail environment where a balance of speed and quality is essential.
You should be passionate about leading and developing a team and supporting people through regular 121s and coaching. Delivering an amazing experience to our guests is the most important part of this role, so you should be passionate about every interaction and seek opportunities to improve this wherever possible.
