Customer Service Team Leader Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Team Leader to join our team at Brighton & Hove City Council. As a key member of our Customer Services Team, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring a team of customer service representatives to deliver exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop the customer service team to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery.
  • Work closely with the Security & Customer Service Manager to develop and implement service improvement initiatives.
  • Manage and prioritize workloads to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities for team members.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a customer service leadership role, with a track record of delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
