Job Objective

The main objective of the Senior Administrative Coordinator is to deliver comprehensive administrative assistance to the Senior Management team and other personnel as necessary, while overseeing the operational needs of our office and supporting the Corporate Affairs division.



Key Duties
:

Meeting Organization:

  • Plan and facilitate meetings, which includes drafting agendas, documenting minutes, and tracking follow-up actions.
  • Engage with both internal and external parties to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Confirm that meeting spaces are adequately prepared, including catering and essential equipment.

Travel Coordination:

  • Organize extensive and detailed travel arrangements (flights, accommodations, transport, visas, meals) itineraries, and schedules, ensuring flawless execution.
  • Compile and manage expense reports and other financial documents related to travel.

Office Administration:

  • Receive, log, and prepare correspondence, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
  • Oversee the inventory of office supplies.
  • Coordinate the overall functionality of the office environment (cleaning, organization, etc.).

Confidentiality and Integrity:

  • Manage sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of integrity.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Execute other tasks as assigned by the Corporate Affairs team.
  • Serve as a point of contact between executives and other team members.
Your Qualifications

Education:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline is preferred.

Experience:

  • Proven experience in a similar administrative capacity.
  • Experience in supporting Senior Management is advantageous.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Proficiency in English.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
