Position Overview

Key Responsibilities of the Account Manager:

  • Promoting a diverse portfolio of products in Regional Anaesthesia, Pain Management, and minimally invasive surgical solutions
  • Engaging with medical professionals including consultants, anaesthetists, surgeons, surgical teams, and procurement specialists
  • Fostering relationships through a consultative and solution-oriented sales approach
  • Achieving attainable sales targets
  • Responsible for territories including South London, Kent, Surrey, Sussex, and Hampshire, with potential oversight of several hospitals north of the river

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary of £35,000 (subject to increase post-probation)
  • Unlimited commission structure
  • Vehicle allowance provided
  • Reimbursement for business travel expenses
  • Pension plan along with 25 days of annual leave plus public holidays

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Preferably possesses a background in medical device sales
  • Open to candidates with clinical experience seeking to transition into sales or graduates with a science background aiming for a career in medical sales
  • Emphasis on attitude; seeking individuals who are diligent, trustworthy, and capable of working independently
  • Must be ambitious, eager to learn, and possess strong communication skills
