Job Description:

At UPS, we're committed to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth delivery of packages. As a Saturday Clerk, you'll play a vital role in our operations, working closely with customers, drivers, and internal departments to resolve any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Field customer concerns and queries in a friendly and professional manner
  • Liaise with customers, drivers, and internal departments to resolve any issues
  • Take phone calls and provide a warm welcome to customers on reception
  • Perform a range of general administrative duties using various UPS systems
  • Work a shift from 8 am to 5 pm, with a lunch break
Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Basic knowledge of Windows applications
  • An excellent telephone manner
  • The ability to work well under pressure, often to strict deadlines
  • The flexibility to cope with changing duties and priorities, often at short notice
