Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist, Permanent Role, Competitive Salary, Hybrid Working Model
About Teemz Ltd:
Join a pioneering organization that excels in talent acquisition solutions, acting as a strategic partner for a leading financial services entity.
This firm is redefining the landscape of recruitment outsourcing, effectively collaborating with HR and Talent Acquisition teams to provide a comprehensive and strategic recruitment service for both permanent and contingent roles.
Teemz Ltd is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to enhance its support for a key client.
The role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing flexibility with a combination of on-site and remote work.
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be instrumental in overseeing recruitment across three critical business sectors: Technology, Actuarial, and Risk/Compliance. This includes managing relationships with external agencies, briefing them on requirements, engaging with key stakeholders to clarify position needs, and striving for direct hiring whenever feasible.
The ideal candidate will possess experience in either recruitment process outsourcing or external agency environments. We are looking for a proactive individual who can effectively manage their responsibilities and foster strong relationships with clients, candidates, and third-party agencies.
This role demands a high level of self-sufficiency and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, making a significant impact from day one.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers to gain a deep understanding of their recruitment needs and create compelling job descriptions.
- Take ownership of the recruitment process for designated areas, ensuring stakeholders are informed about progress and feedback is actively pursued.
- Manage the recruitment lifecycle from application handling to candidate engagement, including agency briefings, to ensure a smooth experience for all parties.
- Collaborate closely with external agencies, conducting briefing sessions and ensuring alignment with hiring managers.
- Promote direct hiring initiatives to minimize reliance on third-party agencies.
- Act as the central hub for recruitment, ensuring a positive and efficient journey for all involved.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in recruitment process outsourcing or external agency settings is essential.
- Experience in financial services recruitment is highly advantageous.
- Strong relationship-building skills across all organizational levels.
- Ability to identify and engage both active and passive candidates, discovering exceptional talent.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a persuasive approach.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude towards challenges.
- Team-oriented mindset with a consultative approach and entrepreneurial spirit.
