Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and negotiate the acquisition of new sites, maximizing potential returns and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, including the development team, to ensure effective working relationships and a seamless acquisition process.
  • Manage the feasibility process to understand the potential of new sites, including conducting site visits, analyzing market trends, and assessing development opportunities.
  • Collaborate with external partners, such as land agents and consultants, to identify and acquire new sites.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including landowners, housing associations, and local authorities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory requirements, ensuring that the company remains competitive and compliant.
