As an Events Coordinator, your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Assisting the Events team in the planning and execution of a variety of internal, corporate, remembrance, and VIP events. This encompasses memorial services, events managed by the organization, and those organized by external parties.
  • Collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure adherence to event protocols at all times.
  • Overseeing the scheduling and booking of events in our calendar, while coordinating closely with various departments and the Head of Events to communicate event details and minimize disruption to our operations.
  • Working alongside the events team to develop comprehensive event plans, briefing documents, and regularly updating other departments on scheduling changes.
  • Conducting thorough evaluations of events and functions, providing insights and recommendations for future planning based on collected data.
  • Arranging internal and external meetings as necessary, preparing agendas, and documenting minutes; also distributing feedback forms.
Work Environment
This position will be based onsite, and the role requires a commitment of 28 hours per week, spread over 4 days.
