In this role, you will oversee a diverse portfolio of events within the financial services sector across the UK and Europe.
This is a full-time, permanent position that offers a flexible hybrid working model, allowing you to work three days a week from the office, with a competitive salary range of £30-35K.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of event execution for a varied range of events across the UK and Europe.
- Support in sourcing venues and coordinating with suppliers.
- Serve as the primary contact for speakers, sponsors, and vendors.
- Oversee on-site management during events and conduct post-event evaluations.
Candidate Profile:
- A minimum of 18 months of experience in an events-related role is required.
- A proactive mindset is essential; while the company is well-established, they value innovation and adaptability.
- Exceptional attention to detail is necessary to ensure the delivery of high-quality events.
- Experience in preparing event agendas, budgets, and venue assessments is preferred.
