Head of Proposition

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our Property Proposition Development team. As Head of Proposition – Property, you will be responsible for driving the strategic development and profitable growth of our core and volume claims and legal property proposition to the UK & Ireland insurance market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for the growth and development of our property proposition, aligning with market needs and delivering sustainable profitable growth.
- Lead a team of client directors responsible for property claims clients, fostering a high-performance culture focused on client satisfaction and profitable business growth.
- Work closely with market and client management teams to ensure the effective positioning of our property proposition with clear and distinct messaging relative to our chosen markets.
- Collaborate with technical, operational, and IT colleagues to develop new and innovative property claims solutions that expand our property offering and improve client satisfaction and market competitiveness.
- Monitor and address pricing levels across the property segment, securing price enhancements with clients to ensure viability of service delivery is maintained.
Requirements:
- Deep property insurance claims industry expertise and a strong track record in proposition development and profitable revenue growth.
- Significant relationship management experience and excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex subject matter and gain buy-in from internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work proactively and autonomously to translate market trends and insight into marketable solutions.
