Business Development Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Commercial Sales Manager to join our team at MaxAd Fixed Fee Recruitment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth through strategic sales and account management.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Proactively seek out new business opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement sales plans and initiatives
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve sales effectiveness
- Proven track record of success in a sales or business development role, with a strong understanding of sales principles and strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify opportunities for growth
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
