Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with NHS community partners, developing and executing strategies to increase referrals and drive revenue growth.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Optometrists, GPs, and Hospital staff, to ensure excellent service and maximum retention.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and develop targeted marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in the coordination of events and activities to promote our services and engage with stakeholders.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Populate and report on Salesforce data to inform business decisions and drive growth.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with a strong understanding of the NHS landscape.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of CRM software and ability to analyze data to inform business decisions.
  • Education: Degree-level qualification in a related field, such as business, marketing, or healthcare.
