Position Overview: We are seeking a Chief of Staff & Head of Commercial Business Management to be instrumental in executing both strategic and tactical initiatives within our Commercial division, encompassing product, sales, and marketing. This role serves as a strategic ally to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and demands a visionary leader with strong business insight and a proven history in commercial management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the CCO to establish and implement the strategic goals of the division.
  • Assist in defining and overseeing the budget for the Commercial Division.
  • Support the organization and planning of the commercial division's structure.
  • Encourage cross-departmental collaboration to ensure the alignment and fulfillment of divisional objectives.
  • Act as a principal advisor to the CCO, offering insights and strategic recommendations on business operations.
  • Represent the Commercial division in executive discussions and relay strategic decisions to relevant parties.
  • Assist the CCO in daily operations and decision-making processes.
  • Track the performance of commercial initiatives using key performance indicators and prepare reports for senior leadership.

Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies:

  • Demonstrated experience in a strategic capacity within a Commercial division, ideally in financial services or software product environments.
  • Comprehensive understanding of sales and product management.
  • Familiarity with software and professional services pricing is preferred.
  • Outstanding leadership and communication abilities, with a talent for influencing and engaging diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven capability to drive strategic initiatives and manage intricate projects.
  • A highly adaptable problem solver who thrives under pressure.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
