About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as the Head of Business and Operations. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the Headteacher in driving continuous improvement and enhancing operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the financial and operational aspects of the school
  • Work collaboratively with the Headteacher to review and drive continuous improvement
  • Evaluate the school's operational model, systems, and processes
  • Streamline processes with innovative solutions
  • Manage operational performance and reporting for governance and relationship management

Requirements

  • Experience in business management and operations management
  • Proficiency in financial management and strategic planning
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders
