Lead Spa Therapist (fixed-term)

Each of our spas, located at Center Parcs, is uniquely crafted, featuring a minimum of 15 distinct spa experience rooms for our guests to explore. We offer an extensive selection of facial and body treatments, performed by skilled therapists utilizing products from esteemed brands such as Elemis and VOYA.

Aqua Sana is a sought-after destination, welcoming both Center Parcs guests and external visitors who wish to indulge in a Spa Day, Luxury Spa Break, or individual treatments.

LEAD SPA THERAPIST | £14.33 Per hour

We are in search of a qualified, highly skilled, and driven Lead Spa Therapist to join our prestigious Health and Beauty spa.

In this position, you will be responsible for delivering a professional and welcoming service to both guests and team members. Previous supervisory experience is advantageous, as you will oversee the daily operations of the Beauty Therapist team. Your approach should be friendly, professional, and motivational, with the ability to take initiative.

Additional responsibilities will include ensuring the efficient operation of the reception area, managing guest bookings and inquiries, maximizing treatment and retail sales, and providing the highest standard of guest care and profitability.

WORKING HOURS

This is a fixed-term position.

You will be contracted to work 75 hours over a 4-week period on a flexible schedule. This means your working days and hours may vary each week, but you will always receive at least your contracted hours within each period.

As our village operates year-round, your working hours will include weekends, public holidays, and potentially during festive periods on a rota basis.

ABOUT YOU

Essential qualifications:

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel Proactive in identifying and resolving issues Excellent interpersonal skills with the capacity to develop, support, and challenge a team Level 3 Beauty qualification or equivalent Prior experience in a similar role within the beauty industry Background in customer service Experience in managing personnel Ability to foster relationships at all levels Friendly, genuine, and warm demeanor towards guests and colleagues Capacity to prioritize and organize daily tasks effectively Strong time management skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively

Desirable qualifications:

Familiarity with Spa / Leisure booking systems
