LEAD SPA THERAPIST | £14.33 Per hour

We are in search of a qualified and driven Lead Spa Therapist to join our prestigious Health and Beauty spa team.

In this role, you will provide a welcoming and professional service to both guests and team members. Previous supervisory experience is preferred, as you will oversee the daily operations of the Beauty Therapist team. A friendly, professional demeanor and the ability to motivate others are essential.

Additional responsibilities include managing the reception area, handling guest bookings and inquiries, maximizing treatment and retail sales, and ensuring the highest standards of guest care and operational efficiency.

We uphold high standards, and excellence is fundamental to our mission; therefore, the ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional service to every guest.

WORKING HOURS

This is a fixed-term position.

You will be contracted to work 75 hours over a 4-week period on a flexible schedule. This means your working days and hours may vary weekly, but you will always receive at least your contracted hours.

As our resort operates year-round, your working hours will include weekends, public holidays, and festive periods on a rotational basis.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Essential qualifications:

Strong verbal and written communication abilities Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel Proactive in identifying and resolving issues Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to nurture and challenge a team Level 3 Beauty qualification or equivalent Relevant experience in a similar role within the beauty industry Background in customer service Experience in team management Ability to foster relationships at all levels Friendly and approachable demeanor towards guests and colleagues Capability to prioritize and manage daily tasks effectively Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively

Desirable qualifications:

Familiarity with Spa / Leisure booking systems
