Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Neuro Physiotherapist to join our team in South Bedfordshire. As a Hybrid Neuro Community Physiotherapist, you will work in an early supported discharge stroke team, collaborating with occupational therapists, speech and language therapists, assistant practitioners, and other physiotherapists. Your responsibilities will include conducting autonomous Neuro assessments in the community and working from home for 2 days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Neuro assessments in the community
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
- Develop and implement treatment plans
- Provide education and support to patients and families
- Work from home for 2 days a week
Requirements:
- Experience as a Neuro Physiotherapist
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work from home
