We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Spa Assistant to join our team at Center Parcs. As a Spa Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our spa facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a safe and clean environment for our guests
  • Engage with guests and exceed their expectations through excellent service
  • Maintain the relaxing ambiance of the spa
  • Perform lifeguard duties and maintain high standards of pool safety
  • Contribute to the overall success of the spa team

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Strong time management and attention to detail
  • Current IWS/RLSS National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (training can be provided)
  • Ability to build relationships at all levels
  • Friendly, genuine, and warm towards guests and colleagues

Desirable Requirements

  • Previous experience working in a spa environment
  • Pool plant operations experience
  • A First Aid qualification
  • Previous experience as a lifeguard
