Job Title: Spa Beauty Therapist
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Spa Beauty Therapist to join our team. As a Spa Beauty Therapist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality treatments to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a range of holistic, therapeutic, express, and beauty treatments to our guests
- Assist guests in selecting the perfect items from our comprehensive retail offering
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Requirements:
- Level 3 Beauty qualification or equivalent
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Strong time management and attention to detail
- Ability to build relationships at all levels
- Friendly, genuine, and warm towards guests and colleagues

Working Hours:
We have various full and part-time contracts available, with shifts falling between 9:30am and 10:00pm, including some weekends. For full-time roles, you will only be required to work 2 out of 4 weekends.
Training and Development:
We offer regular in-house training courses to help you develop your skills and stay up-to-date with new treatments and wellness trends. Your individual development will be supported every step of the way.
