Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Spa Beauty Therapist to join our team, providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality treatments to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a range of holistic, therapeutic, express, and beauty treatments to our guests
  • Assist guests in selecting the perfect items from our comprehensive retail offering
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure exceptional customer service and a seamless guest experience
  • Participate in regular in-house training courses to stay up-to-date with new treatments and wellness trends

Requirements

  • Level 3 Beauty qualification or equivalent
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Strong time management and attention to detail
  • Ability to build relationships at all levels
  • Friendly, genuine, and warm towards guests and colleagues

Working Hours

We have various full and part-time contracts available, with shifts falling between 9:30am and 10:00pm, including some weekends.
