About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Spa Beauty Therapist to join our team at Aqua Sana Spa. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing a range of holistic, therapeutic, and beauty treatments to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and deliver treatments to the highest standard, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for our guests.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to guest needs and preferences, and ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a clean and organized spa environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with new treatments and wellness trends.
Requirements
  • Level 3 Beauty qualification or equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Strong time management and attention to detail, with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Friendly, genuine, and warm towards guests and colleagues.
