About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Spa Assistant to join our team at Center Parcs. As a Spa Assistant, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their spa experience is nothing short of exceptional.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a safe and clean environment for our guests
  • Engage with guests and exceed their expectations through excellent service
  • Maintain the relaxing ambiance of the Spa
  • Contribute to the general maintenance and cleaning of the Spa
  • Support the Lifeguard team in maintaining a safe and secure environment
Requirements
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Strong time management and attention to detail
  • Current IWS/RLSS National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (training can be provided)
  • Ability to build relationships at all levels
  • Friendly, genuine, and warm towards guests and colleagues
Desirable Requirements
  • Previous experience of working in a Spa environment
  • Pool plant operations experience
  • A First Aid qualification
  • Previous experience as a lifeguard
