The successful candidate will report directly to the Accounts Supervisor and will be expected to take initiative in managing tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Daily preparation of banking transactions including BACS, cheques, and cash handling.
  • Accurate and timely allocation of customer payments.
  • Collaborate with the credit control team to address and resolve customer inquiries.
  • Process and manage purchase invoices effectively.
  • Handle supplier inquiries with professionalism.
  • Perform general administrative duties and provide support to the broader office team as needed.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Experience in a finance department is preferred.
  • Familiarity with sales and purchase ledger processes is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Proven experience in cash handling is essential.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Strong numerical aptitude and analytical skills.
