RG Consultancy Ltd is delighted to be partnering with a leading environmental services business based in the North West who are a prominent player in their industry. Due to expansion, they are looking to add a Financial Support Assistant into their small, friendly team.
Reporting to the Finance Director, the Financial Support Assistant will be key support predominantly for purchase ledger but will be able to have involvement across all the accounts function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Purchase ledger invoice processing and management
- Payment runs and cash flow management
- Supplier statement reconciliations and account maintenance
- Setting up new supplier accounts and vendor management
- Bank reconciliations and cash flow analysis
- Dealing with supplier queries and resolving issues
This Financial Support Assistant role would be ideal for someone who is comfortable with all aspects of purchase ledger and is happy to get involved in other areas of accounts.
