Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

Location: Chorley, Preston



Sectors: Commercial, Housing



Start Date: ASAP



Salary: Competitive (Based on experience)



Experience Required: Commercial, Construction, Housing Associations.



Liaise with the Housing Association client, keeping them informed of project progress and addressing any concerns or changes.



Agreeing and producing final accounts.



Monitor and control the project budget, ensuring costs are controlled and efficiencies are maximised.



Requirements:




  1. Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor on residential schemes, particularly with housing associations.
  2. Ability to manage complex projects, overseeing multiple costings and ensuring timely delivery.
  3. Strong commercial awareness with the ability to control budgets and manage costs effectively.
