Emergency Care Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Emergency Care Nurse to join our team at First Community Health and Care. As a key member of our Minor Injury Unit, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Treat patients presenting with minor injuries and medical conditions, utilizing your clinical expertise and knowledge of best practices.
- Assess, diagnose, and treat patients, making informed decisions based on their individual needs.
- Work collaboratively with junior staff, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless patient care.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative practices, ensuring high standards of nursing care.
- Participate in continuous professional development, staying up-to-date with the latest research and evidence-based practices.
- Registered First-Level Nurse or Paramedic with current NMC/HCPC registration.
- ENB 998 or equivalent qualification.
- Non-medical Prescriber and evidence of level 7 training related to urgent care.
- Foundation Management course completion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Decision-making, prioritizing, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on patient-centered care.
