About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join our nursing team at Albion Health. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall well-being of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing hands-on nursing care to residents, including administering medication and developing care plans
- Supervising and mentoring junior nursing staff and care assistants
- Collaborating with senior managers to ensure the smooth operation of the nursing home
- Participating in regular staff meetings and contributing to the development of new policies and procedures
- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards, including the National Minimum Care Standards
Requirements:
- Valid NMC Pin
- Pass a DBS check
- Be able to provide professional references
