Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Theatre Nurse/Practitioner to join our team at Sanctuary Personnel Ltd. As a Theatre Nurse/Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced theatre environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional patient care and support to patients undergoing surgical procedures
  • Work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure smooth theatre operations
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and clean theatre environment

Requirements:

  • NMC/HCPC registration with no restrictions or conditions
  • Theatre experience in hip arthroplasty, knee arthroplasty, and anterior cruciate ligaments
  • Surgical First Assist Qualification (SFA) is desirable but not essential
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently
  • Flexible and positive attitude
  • A warm, considerate, and empathetic character
