We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Care and Training Practitioner to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care and support to our residents, while also leading and motivating a team of carers.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and motivate a team of carers to provide high-quality care and support to residents
- Take responsibility for resident medication, wound management, continence, physiological assessment, and care planning under the guidance of the on-site Registered Nurse
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of residents
- Collaborate with the nursing team to ensure seamless care delivery
- Attend regular training sessions to stay up-to-date with best practices and industry developments
- 2 years' experience in a care setting
- NVQ level 3 Health & Social Care qualification (or equivalent)
- GCSE maths and English grade C or above
