Full Time/Part Time Opportunity

The Role

Ramsay Health Care Clinical is seeking a skilled Theatre Practitioner to join our team. As a Theatre Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced theatre environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert care to patients undergoing surgical procedures
  • Work effectively in a team environment to ensure smooth theatre operations
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with best practices and industry developments

Requirements

  • NMC/HCPC registration with no restrictions or conditions
  • Experience in theatre settings, particularly in hip arthroplasty, knee arthroplasty, and anterior cruciate ligaments
  • Surgical First Assist Qualification (SFA) is desirable but not essential
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently
  • Flexible and positive attitude
  • A warm, considerate, and empathetic character
