Full Time/Part Time Opportunity
The Role
Ramsay Health Care Clinical is seeking a skilled Theatre Practitioner to join our team. As a Theatre Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced theatre environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert care to patients undergoing surgical procedures
- Work effectively in a team environment to ensure smooth theatre operations
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with best practices and industry developments
Requirements
- NMC/HCPC registration with no restrictions or conditions
- Experience in theatre settings, particularly in hip arthroplasty, knee arthroplasty, and anterior cruciate ligaments
- Surgical First Assist Qualification (SFA) is desirable but not essential
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently
- Flexible and positive attitude
- A warm, considerate, and empathetic character
