Nurse Position - Elderly Care

Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to join our team at a leading healthcare provider. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to elderly residents in a medium-sized nursing home based in Warlingham.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional patient care, adhering to best practices and guidelines
  • Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with industry developments

Requirements:

  • Qualified RGN/RMN with current NMC registration
  • At least 1 year of experience working in a nursing home or hospital setting
  • Passion for delivering high-quality patient care
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
