The Role: Peripatetic Care Manager

As a Peripatetic Care Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our care homes across the East of England. You will be responsible for providing operational support to senior management and stepping in as needed to manage homes temporarily without a designated manager.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional care and support to residents, ensuring their individual needs are met and their well-being is prioritized.
  • Oversee the day-to-day running of assigned care homes, managing staff effectively and maintaining high standards of care.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement care plans, policies, and procedures that align with Sanctuary Group's values.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines governing the care sector.
  • Foster a positive and supportive work environment for staff members, promoting teamwork and professional development.

Your Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in managing teams within a residential or nursing care setting.
  • A strong understanding of care best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • A valid NMC PIN is essential for this role.
  • A current driving license and the ability to travel extensively are required.
