**Requirements**

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Home/Service/Registered Manager within learning disabilities
  • Experience of leading quality improvement initiatives
  • Proven track record of delivering business growth and improvement
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care (or acceptable equivalent)
