About the Role

Job Summary
As a Peripatetic Deputy General Manager (Clinical) at Barchester Healthcare, you will be responsible for managing and developing teams in various care homes across your region. You will work closely with the General Manager or hiring manager to implement action plans that ensure the highest quality care and service for our residents.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with current NMC registration and a teaching, mentoring or supervision qualification. Previous experience of working within a nursing home setting is essential, and evidence of continual professional development is also required. You will also need to have experience in helping residents with different health needs, managing safeguarding investigations and clinical risk assessments, and supporting newly qualified nurses through preceptorship.
