About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Peripatetic Deputy General Manager (Clinical) to join our team at Barchester Healthcare Ltd. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing and developing teams in various care homes across your region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Travel across your region to provide leadership and support to care home teams
  • Work closely with General Managers and hiring managers to implement action plans and ensure high-quality care and service
  • Help develop and implement strategies to meet the needs of residents and improve care outcomes
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services
