Key Responsibilities:
- Provide relief management for our care homes, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and high-quality care for our residents.
- Travel to support managers during CQC inspections, providing guidance and expertise to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Assist in recruitment and home advertising, helping to maintain occupancy levels and attract top talent to our care homes.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in home management, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
- Experience working with the CQC Framework, with a deep understanding of regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Proven experience as a regional or peripatetic manager, with a strong ability to lead and manage teams.
